First one no contest

I think the first one left more of a lasting impression on me since it was so different.
2 was good as well though.

Second one. More levels and a story you can actually understand this time. Also has some insanely good tracks.
First one had way better level design but that's about it.

1 is abetter game overall.
2 has custom maps which are better than 1s maps but mods don't count.

I only played both games until completion because they don't interest me that much.

1 is the better game, but I like 2 more.

I love 2 to death but 1 was amazing in regards to how it just fucked with your mind. You really didn't have any clue what was going on and the game taunted you for it.

2 was like getting closure with the sweet release of death, but 1 was the thrill of living.
