your metabolism and hormones will kick in and you just go from there. as long as you eat healthy (don't overeat) and drink water, you'll be okay.

lel no, you actually DO have to be active and move around. You don't magically burn more fats and sugars by wishing for it. If you work out routinely, then yes your body will burn more just sitting around since it has to work on repairing stuff, but you get there through effort. The not overeating and drinking water is good advice though.

You can play damn near any game on a DDR pad if you're not a pussy. I know a guy that speed runs Mario 64 on a DDR machine, and sometimes plays I Wanna Be The Guy fangames on it too.
