It's REALLY easy once you get the hang of it. Even the optional Sasquatch stage is easy once you've practiced. This webM shows me going in with a flame shot but it's entirely possible without it as well.

I went and did it. Skipped straight to it via the debug menu so I started with the default pistol as well as the default amount of grenades.
