GTA and watchdogs aren't similar though, not really besides the open world, and even then the open worlds are significantly different, and they both revolve around different kinds of gameplay.
Dark souls and lords of the fallen are a good analogy for a knockoff. Lords of the fallen is straight up trying to be dark souls, and failing miserably in every single way imaginable.

After losing 30+ lives in this level, I think I'm done with this game for good. It's been fun, but game design has evolved and going back to such archaic times is just not fun.
