It's not great, but it's the best we're going to have without completely destroying the medical industry and starting over from scratch. The American healthcare system is a joke. There is only so much you can do to patch it up. Obamacare set out to get more people insured and it worked wonders.

Trumpcare is estimated to almost double the population of uninsured Americans to the benefit of insurance companies and the already uber-rich.

It buttfucked the health care insurance of millions of Americans and forced others to pay for insurance by law, it also caused many hospitals to cut their staff due to ACA hurting how much funding they got and many employers couldn't hire people to work full time because of ACA forcing them to pay for health insurance
It was a fucking shit show and it was one of the biggest reasons why people flipped from Obama to voting Trump
