Tried making a top-down shooter a while ago. Turned out decently actually, got collisions and basic movement, aswell as enemy spawning down.

Look primarily at how other sucessfull MO/MMO's are structured, Secondarily at the show and thirdly at the threads.
Making a game around the show, instead of building ontop of a base, most likely wont work out.
Keep in mind that this is coming from someone with literally no experience in game making

yeah, right now I'm using mixamo animations for where it fits. Not every move has animations yet.
Will do my own when I'm further down the line and know exactly what I will need and what not..
Right now it technically doesn't matter if they're choppy or not, the game has to play nicely.

the character is still work in progress on right now more of a concept model to see how things would work together.
It was a quick "about so" paintjob and I'll definitely finalize the style later on, when i probably adjust some of the mesh and finalize the animations.
Untill now it was just get a decently working prototype to see If it could be something good.
If people feel the ass is highlighted/showing too much I'll probably adjust it when I finalize the model.

You probably shouldn't focus on that.
It's a bad idea to release a game entirely in blueprints.
Is it possible? sure?
Is it good/performant? not as much.
If you can decide between learning coding in unreal and blueprints, go for coding.
