Is it just me or is Puyo's garbage very strong? It makes endless mode really hard when picking Tetris.

Yeah, it's to make up for lack of speed puyo has in comparison to Tetris. Since puyo lacks a hard drop in this game, it's a bit slower.

Ocean Prince was porn a human Prince, but he's a lazy fucker and doesn't want to do any of the actual "princely duties" shit, he just wants people to do his bidding. So in order to tell his butler (otomo) and parents and anyone who needs him to be a productive person to fuck right off, he turns himself into a fish and runs for the hills. During Raffine's normal mode course, Lemres turns him back into a human, which makes it easier for his Butler to find him. Sig ends up being his servant anyways due to promises of free food (which OP apparently does actually deliver on) and free living quarters during Sig's hardmode in Fever 2, where he and Sig go on an adventure to get a magic latern that will turn OP into a fish again. Strange Klug has it, Sig is actually a descendant of/is the non-evil parts of the demon sealed away in Klug's book, and Ocean Prince gets eaten by a whale at the end of it all.

Who has the best character theme and why is it Sig?

This isn't on Steam for some reason nor on the 3DS. How import friendly is this on the PS3? Yes, puzzle game, but it has some story more challenge whatever.

Don't get the PS3 version, nor the 3DS/Xbone versions. The last gen versions of a ton of DLC shit that are included on PS4/Switch by default.
Menus are pretty easy to figure out, though, but if you can't get Puyo Puyo Tetris on Switch or PS4 you'd be much better off just emulating 20th on Wii with Dolphin or going to 3DSiso to get the full version of Puyo 20th's 3DS port.

I'm not buying a fucking shitty anticonsumer remaster obsessed PS4 ever. And Switch will have to get a price drop before I consider it. If the last gen versions aren't worth it, I'll wait for the Switch by 2018 price drop. I just hope it doesn't become super rare and expensive to buy. Thanks anon for the commentary.
