Not that guy but the reason calling it the "minion grinding phase" is shitter speak is because when you're actually good at the game the farming phase doesn't exist. You're ALWAYS farming, alongside whatever else you're doing. Farm while harassing your lane opponent, farm while you're scouting jungle, farm while you're pushing, farm while you're waiting for the timer to stack, farm while you're ganking, farm while you're farming, the farm never ends. It's something that sets itself apart from baddie ranks where the team just groups as 5 and goes around in a gank squad doing nothing else, or other games like hots where you're hardly supposed to farm at all.
