Hammerdin is the least fun, Druid is probably the worst but that's my opinion.

I found the Weredruid to be the least fun. It was cool transforming and attacking as a giant wolf before they became homos but it wasn't much different from a melee build.

Most fun I had was either Trap Assassin or Summoning Necro.
