Jiu Jitsu worked all the time in Pride and DREAM where stomps and knees to the head were allowed.

I'd like it if UFC allowed it; but its not like Jiu Jitsu only strived in rule-heavy organizations. Pride had some of the best grappling around and it allowed all of these things.
