Mostly. MGS plays near perfectly. When I emulated MGS2 the gameplay was a-ok but there was extreme slowdown in some cutscenes (a particular cut scene with a jetfighter ran at 1 or 2 fps for most of it.) I played the first 2 hours of MGS3 on an emulator and it was the same deal.
