These are very broad and abstract terms. What makes a sentence "dangerous"? How angry are you allowed to get during frantic multiplayer without it becoming hateful? Ethically offensive is especially nebulous, and I bet even the mods' own ethics don't align 100%. It's essentially a crapshoot if you get banned for something or not, depending on who decided to look at it. It's a completely arbitrary system of judgement, and it's made to hammer down whoever dares stick out in the group. Because let's face it, when someone sticks out and gets noticed, that person gets both liked and disliked. It's a small matter to take a flavorful sentence that person writes sometime, twist it into something you took grave offense to and then demand a ban.

These rules might create a "safe space" for a certain group of players, but all I can see is a method to create a sterile environment where creativety and personality is suppressed. It's almost Victorian, in the sense that everyone gets along with each other so long as the polite and proper facade is kept up, but once someone breaks from the mold, the group turns on them and rips them apart.
