I haven't played excitebike, so between waverace and 1080, I'll have to go with waverace.

Wave Race. That game was my jam.

Wave Race for GC was da bomb. 1080 was a turd and SSX is better anyway.

The other two don't come close, to the point that Excite??? feels like the odd-one-out in this.

I honestly don't remember much about Wave Race, but I'm imagining a pretty cool game where you're trying to preserve your momentum in the waves and surf on the guy in front of you's wake.
