1. Deus Ex human revolution
1.5. Honorable mention Deus Ex 1
3. Stalker series
4. Dark souls TWO, best in the series - especially DLC 10/10 masterpiece
5. Mount and blade warband - everything is amazing except the day 700 campaign bug in native
6. Hotline Miami, although I don't have any reason to replay it
7. Fallout New Vegas - I was a huge fanboy of fallout 3 as a pre teen but it got old, while new vegas just got better and better with every play though as I got older (I'm 18 now)
8. The Witcher 2: assassins of kings - Best part of any videogame, of all time, is the Battles at the middle and end of Chapter 2 in the Mists and Vergen. I bought this game when I was like 14 but hated it during the prologue and dropped. I just played it through this winter and it's my favorite first play through of any game, ever.
9. The Witcher 3 - basically a better version of Zelda than Nintendo could or will ever make. It's overrated but the technology is phenomenal. Piss poor replay ability because of the excruciating long story.
10. Just cause 2 - 80 hours of this game of pure fun. Oh, there's so much to do. I used to play the 30 minute demo repeatedly for months as a young teen, and it was on sale a few years back for 60 cents on PC. Such a great game. The thinking man's GTA.

Which Halo is the best? Let's decide.

I'd lean towards 3 because it was revolutionary - infinite possibilities.

Reach suffered from being at the end of its console generation and having only one dominant forge map. Some elements like armor lock and drop shields were just cancer.

Halo 2 was classic but it simply lacked some things that Halo 3 added, and 3 kept the same quality.

God Hand stinks, it's sorely overrated by /v/

I tried to play it 2 years ago and while I do like the wacky humor and tone it doesn't change the fact that it's a bad game, humor alone does not save a game that just isn't much fun to play.

I would be willing to try it again though but it made a bad first impression.

System Shock 2 is also overrated, it's not fit to lick Deus Ex's balls, Deus Ex is like System Shock 2 but better in every way (not saying SS2 is bad, just overrated)

Vice City is also sorely dated, seriously, have you tried to play it recently?

I did finally play Devil May Cry last year and yeah, it's a classic, no complaints there.

The indoor areas are pretty rough but the outdoor areas are still impressive, Halo 2 lacked that entirely.

They brought it back somewhat for 3 from what I remember, though it's been a while since I played that one so my memory is not fresh.

Like I said I played Ninja Gaiden Black for the first time recently and was completely blown away.

It's a very different kind of game but it's still amazing. There aren't really any adventure elements like there were in Black. It's more of a straight up action game. For the love of fuck if you play NG2 stay the hell away from the Sigma versions. They're abominations.

I liked the adventure elements in NG1 so that's a little disappointing.

While we're on the subject of Ninja Gaiden, what was up with the fact that in NG1 in Vigoor you visit stuff like Egyptian ruins, an Aztec pyramid and what looks like a Cambodian temple all in a middle eastern looking city? It made absolutely no sense but was cool as hell, it made the game feel like a 3D version of a 16 bit title, which I guess is what they were going for.

I put it in my top ten as a kind of cheat. I don't really view any of the Lumines games as different games. They're all just one game with multiple discs and platforms in my mind. Also I love it for the same reason I adore Thumper. It's a game that no matter how much I play it if I ever start it is legitimately hard to stop.
