Depends on what kind of games you play. If you bought it for FPS games, you'll notice a world of difference. MMOs and MOBAs don't really benefit from 144hz in my opinion, but they do look a little nicer on the higher refresh rates but nothing nearly as noticeable as something like Battlefield or Counter Strike or Overwatch

Got the same monitor, 144hz will give you a headache, 120hz is where it's at. Color is off, there is a color profile online that fixes it if you're too lazy to adjust the settings

I have that monitor. Its pretty good, but screen brightness changes at even the slightest angle.

I bought it for CS and shit like PUBG. I've been using an old vizio tv with like 9ms response time and 60hz. It's been painful.

I want to get a monitor. I don't want shit like 144hz but I do want very little response time and ISP screen. Anyone have any suggestion?

144hz literally changed my life. 60 FPS is now sluggish as fuck and completely unplayable for me, meaning I pretty much can't play fighting games or anything locked to 60 FPS anymore, so use it at your own risk. It'll ruin everything else for you.

I picked this over Zowie 120z since I'm not into competitive multiplayer that much and I'm using RX480. Still, it's a huge step up over my old shitty 1360x768 LG monitor.

A fantastic shitposting experience. Not even kidding, 144hz looks nice for web browsing and general computer use. It makes the cursor so smooth.

Do yall have eye problems? Glasses? Because I have a Astigmatism(?) as well as probably some kind of genetic degeneration in my left, but I have had no issues with 140 or 120 or anything.

I believe you as much as I beleive my brother who got a new rig earlier than but got the same monitor.

In a way, I feel at peace with accepting that I, along with everyone else that gets used to this, am effectively going to push the industry to this new standard by whining about our less than optimal experiences.

You're in for no 1080p panels with IPS at 144hz.
So it either means
>higher res, more pixels, much harder to maintain higher fps without dropping detail settings
>1080p TN, no more accurate colors, deeper blacks, but lower pixel count and easier to hit high FPS at high detail settings
Basically unless you're a billionaire with cash to burn on both high end monitor + GPU you're stuck with shit color depth

The built in crosshairs are ridiculously big and off-center. Disappointing. Other than that it's pretty great. The Yellows in game mode are way too strong and I can't seem to fix it without screwing up the other colors.
