OK so "broke" is taking it too far but I didn't want to clog the OP with the details. It's just super hurt or something I can't move it much.

My sleep schedule is super fucked and I was finally tired but I also can't go to sleep unless I fap. I got too tired of using my forearm so I kind of kneeled over my mattress with my chest/head resting on it and kneeling on the ground. I was making a minimal effort fapping motion, with my wrist super limp and mostly just flinging up and down with my arm more kind of just flinging it on my dick and eventually I just got this super sharp pain down my wrist through my thumb and it won't go away.

Depends what you want. I like simplicity so I went with a Zowie FK1 and it works perfectly for me. If you need loads of buttons, a mouse ball, or want an asymmetrical mouse, I can't help you.
