If you're only going to have one system, then get a ps4. The Wii U is a good secondary system however, and now that it's dead you can judge it's entire library and see id it's worth it too you. The games on the Wii U are fun, but overal the system was a bust. It's basically the second coming of the dream cast.

All this being said, I have a Wii U and no PS4. At this point, I'd rather have my $300 cause im poor now, but The Wii U is okay to have until all it's games get ported to the switch.

The Dreamcast has loads of games though even with the 2 year life span it had. I dont know what I would compare the Wii U to, but DC is that last thing personally.

Honestly. The Wii U had more worthwhile games in my opinion. Like I finished them all and enjoyed them greatly.

Havent even gone an hour into most of my PS4 games. My favorite being dragon quest builders which I got to the 4th chapter on.

Here are my PS4 games. I had some fun but came out mostly unamused.

Gravity Rush was probably the most original and thus satisfying to play through, despite being flawed.

The Naughty Dog games? Overrated, mediocre crap. If these movies with mediocre TPS gameplay get 90+ metacritic scores, the industry is in a shitty state indeed.
