I'd say just enjoy the journey, forget any need to get to the end fast. The quality of the story picks up hugely after ARR, but you really shouldn't skip anything

I personally find Heavensward story to be fantastic, even by single player standards, and Stormblood isn't bad either.
The slowest part are the level 50 patch stories at the end of ARR, but don't lose focus, they have several details that become important later on

I've been powerleveling Sam and RDM for almost 2 weeks exclusively by afking in PVP. No ones butt hurt enough to report shit. Most people don't even know you're AFK if you hide correctly. I AFK near the enemies base and my team thinks I'm fighting them by glancing at the map.

Even if someone does report you for AFK in PVP, I've yet to see proof that GMs do anything about it. At most GMs will probably tell you tough shit and ask you to kick AFKers instead of reporting them. Only way you can get people banned is if they were talking shit in chat or spamming text.

Not the best Sch but played a very offensive one with preshielding and managing the fairy when dps and use emergency tactics with Adlo/succ to heal after giving a shield. Even when not using much heals and being more preventive I still lose TONS of mana this sucks but I'm so used to playing this way. How are you other sch managing? I miss having three lustrates at the ready but I need to use energy drain much more to keep casting shields and aoe.
