If you're on Windows 7, as far as I know OpenGL plugins don't work with it, you'll need to use ones that use Direct X or Direct 3D

As for newer versions of epsxe, go to options > CPU Overclocking and enable 1x, the emulator needs that active to work for some reason.

works on my machine. do you have the bios and other extra stuff added? thats probably why it wont work

ePSXe was pretty fucking outdated until like a little over a year ago 2.05 is decent but PCSXR-PGXP I'd technically superior
