No, but really, it kind of was.

I mean, it wasn't particularly impressive and it basically just cobbled together a bunch of game mechanics from all the big Western AAA games last gen, but it was still pretty enjoyable if you ignored one or two things about it. Easily better than all the Uncharted games.

Because there is more to the game besides cover based combat. Its open world, you can hunt, you scavenge, and you do dungeons. And purely on a gameplay standpoint, it plays better than most TPS
