My only issue is that Nazi controlled America is fucking dull. Its been done so often in so many mediums. I wanted to see Nazi Japan, Africa, RUSSIA, fucking BRAZIL or Canada, even CHINA. Just somewhere fresh instead of something handled many times before. Its a lot less worrying than BG&E2, which seemed completely unaware of the first game's themes and tone.

Well, US permeates the global culture. It's one of the reasons why you see almost exclusively American military fighting Godzilla or some such shit. I think because the world revolves around the States so much that they're just serving up whichever settings they think will earn them more revenue.
