wow, so basically its the strongest character in the dbz universe. The only problem I see is that the second madara and the Time Patroller fights. They will look each other in the eye which basically locks up the time patroller in a paralyzed loop, in which madara is still stronger.

Hmm, This character sounds like it can take out madara. Lets analyze.

They meet face to face. Madara instantly uses Izanami which locks up Nanashi.

I think thats the only way madara can survive. Only by locking up Nanashi. If madara kills him he will just resurrect and since he can only use izanami once.

It seems Madara will win Unless Madara kills him while hes under Izanami. Since Izanami changes a persons agenda he will make Nanashi his ally when Nanashi breaks free.

Unless you guys can counter argue that Nanashi will counter the Izanami.

A. Donald's powers, while impressive in the video, seem incredibly vague and nondescript. So much so, that you couldn't even list them.
