I figured I'd try it out for the mods, since New Vegas had a bunch of good ones, but practically everything on the Nexus was just "verbose dialogue" and "more bullshit for settlements".

The whole game just feels terrible. The shooting is a minor improvement over NV, but the rest of the game just feels shitty, like they wanted to make a Far Cry game but slower and less fun.
