It's a completely different spin-off. It's like Nights of Azure if you had a party. Personally speaking, I like it because it's easier. Instead of having members locked to certain weapon types, you can give everyone a rocket launcher and grenades, then spam them on enemies/bosses. It makes things go pretty fast. Would I buy the game instead of Yakuza 0 or Persona 5? Absolutely not.
