Just to annoy (you)
>why does /v/ like platformers
maybe because all mario games after Sunshine were bad and the only good ones today are indies
It's a miracle when something good is released
>>382327686
But 64 and Sunshine were fucking garbage. Every 3D Mario since then has been phenomenal.

/v/ hates it because it's too hard
they say it's the dark souls of platformers
It's currently Euro time on /v/ right now and they have heavy nostalgia for this shit because it's all they had to play back in the day before FIFA became normie shit.
Because they're the natural extension of all the best platformers of the 8 and 16-bit eras.
So, to anyone who has it, I don't suppose you can unlock the old voices, can you?

>why does /v/ like videogames
Indeed, an interesting question.
2>3>1
>>382327964
Agreed, though I like 3 about as much as 2.
>>382327758
Sunshine was 6/10 but better than 3D land, 3d world and galaxy.

Hold on, what was wrong with Galaxy?
>>382327415
Sonybro nostalgia. Crash was designed at a time were 3D platformers weren't a thing. Its interesting historically as a 'what could have been' way for 3D platformers but it was much more restricted and shitter than say, Mario 64 which everyone copied rather than Crash's style of 3D gameplay.

>what's wrong with a gimmick dildo game with gravity meme?
It was praised because people were 10 when it was released.
>ree fucking sonybros
sasuga /v/
>>382328146
too linear
>>382327415
>inb4 some faggot claims Crash was never popular
It's the most successful Sony exclusive franchise ever, as well as the most successful western platformer.
>>382328363
Crash 2 I believe sold more than Zelda Twilight Princess on gamecube and Wii combined
Because it's an actual game and not a movie.
