I think Sonic Adventure is a masterpiece in every aspect from story to graphics and gameplay.

and i played it on the dreamcast.

the best part about it was exploring the city and jungle, and how it's completely different to each character with different hidden areas and such.

Used to love hunting the collectible emblems, not sure what they were for though..

oh and the chaos garden is just lovely, it's like one of the best comfy areas in vidya, especially the jungle and eggman's beach.

the only game that competes with SA's comfy levels for me is Oblivion.

I died more times to the Crystal Sage in DS3 than to O & S in 1 or the Fume Knight in 2.

Divine Divinity - isometric rpg with diablo style gameplay but sloooooow and methodical.

FO:NV - great game. Just finished the Lonesome Road DLC, probably the best writing in a game I've seen in a long time in that DLC. Everything Ulysses says is multilayered about the games lore, fallout lore, and the company buying out the fallout brand, and it works on all 3 levels at the same time. I'm probably gonna do a whole thread about the dialogue Ulysses had.
Strife Veteran's Edition - build engine rpg/shooter. neat little game oozing with atmosphere.

To me it's all about the combat, the "roleplaying" in fallout games is such utter shit as a whole that it has no bearing whatsoever on my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I do think the "dialog wheel" or whatever you want to call it was definitely a step back and the game would've been well served to have the faction decisions more impactful (e.g. so you are actually fighting "for" a faction for most of the game instead of freely bouncing around) but overall this stuff was pretty inconsequential compared to the combat/exploration being fun.

I got more playtime out of DS2 than I did from DS1 and DS3, and think that it's the funnest of the series.

When i was around 13 i got a DS and had no internet.

When I was like 8 I rented FF2 USA for SNES from the local mom and pop vhs / videogame rental store. It had a save on it that had literally everything you could get in the game, but I was a stupid kid, and thought the airship was a flying treasure box, eventually got frustrated and deleted the save. Then later on when I was like 11 I rented it again and realized how much of an asshat I was so I beat the entire game and recreated that perfect save with everything on it.

When the store went out of business I tried my best to get the cart when they had their close-out sale, but some asshole scooped it up (and probably resold it, scalping later)

I purposedly aggroed too much mobs in a map to kill my friend (beyond boss spawn) because he was slowing me down in path of exile.
I still feel bad about it but now he got better.

The Last of Us is my favorite game followed by Half-Life 2 and Ocarina of Time.
I've played through Human Revolution five or six times but have no intention of even touching the original.
I love Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask, but can’t stand any other game in the Zelda series. Twilight Princess is alright, though.
I played through DMC1 once and disliked it despite playing through 3 and 4 countless times.

I've played practically every shitty NTR game on the market and I've considered making my own game because at this point in my life I'm just waiting around for the next game roll around that lets me indulge in it. I stole some Club Nintendo codes from a Gamestop's Wii U new games section just so I could afford some posters and I think Wario Land II. I felt a little bad at first, but considering how trash My Nintendo is now, I probably should've jacked all I could.
I regularly think about lifting a game or two from that place, but there's no way in hell I'd be able to steal a full game as opposed to snapshotting game codes, and I rather like not having a criminal record, so I just scrounge my furniture and laundry machine and save up for Coinstar if I really want something from there. Around 2014 there was an exploit in Minecraft called the handshake glitch. It let you login to any server as any player, allowing you to have their permissions.

Someone used this on my server, destroying my spawn. I got mad. I went onto a bunch of servers and would delete their entire spawns with WorldEdit then delete their logs so they couldn't restore their worlds.

Many of the servers shut down, a lot of them were prison servers so the spawn was the entire map.

Probably about 4 years ago, I jew'd at least $1000 from various people. I went through user's Team Fortress 2 backpacks with Bill's Hats, Earbuds, Unusuals, etc, from users with low playtimes. I would add them, offer to trade (usually for a "cool" Pyro weapon), and make that fat profit. I played the shit out of Dungeon Siege 2 with cheats when it was new.
I'm replaying it right now legitimately and having more fun than any recent PC game has offered.

I went through painstaking efforts to suck my own dick because I wanted to know what a blowjob felt like. The older I get the more I tend to play games at their easiest setting so I don't worry about dying and can finish the game.

I use to enjoy playing hard difficulties and got satisfaction out of conquering difficult parts of games. Now I am lucky to get 2 hours of play a day I don't want to spend half of that replaying the same thing over and over because I keep dying.

I write in a journal mod in Skyrim and recap the events of each day through my characters perspective and imagine how they would react in a certain situation. 80% of the time they're wizard lizards and my most recent one was a vampire.

I think I can't enjoy some RPGs anymore because I can't do the same, I get bored of it and go back to Skyrim to think up another character. I can't even play it without the note taking mod.

I love Battlefield since BF2 and have no problems with the new ones, I like them as much as the old ones. Also I like the DLC maps and weapons. When I'm putting over 1k hours into each game, I don't have an issue with buying the DLC.

I made it to just before End of the Line in SA before cheating. I had to reach the gang territory threshold but more often than not when I wanted to kill some Ballas to start a gang war, a policeman was there to fuck the whole thing up. So I turned of wanted levels, put on unlimited health and ammo to get through the territory thing quicker and didn't bother to turn it off for End of the Line.
