Nah, it's actually super restrictive. It has all the options it should, individual body part sizes, tone, facial structure... But all of it is linked to class and gender, and all the sliders go from 0 to 0.1. Characters all look extremely similar, and don't even get me started on the neon haircolours.

It's a creator that seems great, but when you use it, you actually see how shit it is.

The face? Fair Skin textures.

Hair looks like one from KS Hairdos.

The background is that weebshit tropical island.

The thing about this screnshot is the face expression, nothing else. Get the advanced console for that, rest of it is adjusting the MFG values for hours until you get that right picture.

Lack of sliders and limited preset selection is a terrible combo.

Dragon Age Inquisition has a neat one.
