Objectively it's not. Way too many flaws. A revision (or two) of the hardware is pretty much mandatory at this point. Some things won't ever get fixed though, it has major core design flaws.

The switch is mainly 3ds code, but updated in a few places.

You'd just really have to Port citra if you want switch emulation, and that doesn't include new stuff they've added. But generally speaking they're the same as a 3ds for 70% of it's programming.

It totally does. Everything that the Wii U does has to be emulated in software by foreign hardware meaning therefore that in order to even achieve functional emulation, the software must reach a baseline of at least approximating the full speed of the real life CPU and miscellaneous parts. To illustrate, it's why games like Mario 3D world are easy to emulate while BOTW is not. Cemu STILL doesn't fully support that game, right? Regardless, even if it does, that doesn't change the fact that in order to even be emulating it you must have already sunk thousands into computer parts
