>but it's good with mods!
Why do people always parrot this shit? Tell me one mod that doesn't feel in the slightest like jank and tacked on. And no, adding in cut content is not a mod.
Pro tip: You can't.
>never liked fallout new vegas
>couldn't get past the clunky controls and bland world and story for more than a couple hours
>decide to refund it
>"OH MAN YOU JUST GOTTA INSTALL [MOD] IT MAKES IT SO MUCH BETTER!"
I didn't buy a foundation for modders to build on I was trying to buy a vanilla game

your loss faggot

Installing [MOD] takes like 5 minutes and 0 dollars, and raises the game from a 6 to a 9. Why wouldn't you do it?
>>382315306
Because I don't care about the mods. If I buy a game I want to play it entirely as designed and created by the developers. It took me until my 3rd play through of skyrim to start downloading mods to add replay-ability.
If a game is "good when you install mods" then that means there's something wrong with the base vanilla game and I can't be fucked to play through something that's broken.

You're damn right, I can't. Mods are degeneracy.
I fell for this meme once I got a PC only to realize that most mods are shit and aren't even worth installing.

If you need proof that mods are shit, just look at /v/

>installing jank ass mod that can't be installed with installer
>can't put certain mods together without bugging one another
>Uninstaller can be a hassle
>game is only just a bit "better" only for it to crash more often
Yeah, no.

>I want to play it as intended by the developers
What about jsawyer? It's a mod for nv made by the games director. How do you feel about that?
>>382317045
You can blame your ineptitude on the concept of modding as a whole.

Cities skylines is better with mods that don't feel that way
