Mate, i played tf2 when it was fresh.
Unlike overwatch, tf2 had a lot of charisma and personality when it was new, it wasn't the butchered PIECE OF SHIT that it is now.

I kept playing UT2004 until 2010 too, so i altered between tf2 and ut2k4.

TF2 was easier and all that, but it was also something i could boot up any time of the day and have fun.

Early comp scene was also great, it consisted mostly of old pals from UT and QWTF, had lots of fun untill i dropped it in early 2011
