there are some blogs u can find by googling "citra 3ds roms" that upload decrypted 3ds games. citra only plays decrypted games so they are much harder to find than the un-encrypted version (still can't find decrypted xenoblade and ive been searching for days)

if you dont feel like searching you can buy a 3ds and decrypt the games yourself but you need to downgrade your firmware and install some gateway shit

i just used a mass renamer to help out adding the (U)'s and (J)'s and whatnot but i still had to go through and manually fix up every filename, it took fucking weeks

They focused all their attention on BotW, and other games suffered from it. And it's not like BotW can be emulated properly yet either.
It's ridiculous how much worse emulation of games like XCX has gotten in the past few months, compared to their older releases.
