ITT: good games overshadowed by games released around the same time

I got it for $20 at release. Was pretty good but needs more car combat. Convoys should have been respawning so you don't run out of shit to do. Would have benefited from adopting the nemesis system for car combat too.

Set pieces are really pretty though.

Bought it the other day. Have about 20 hours in it and just now remembered I hate desert settings. I can see running out of shit to do though like >>382291020 said about the convoys.

Let me know if I should buy this. I tend to hate open world shite, especially Todd Howard's "games".

ITT: Mediocre games that deserved to be forgotten.

It's decent , shotguns feel amazing in this game as it should but mostly I experimented with Camera Mode, one of the most well optimized games I've played , was reaching 55 FPS with all settings maxed out with my last gen PC

God damn Mad Max was so satisfying to play and one of the games I ended up actually beating in this day and age just wish it was less repetitive and had a better skill system.

Are they making a second game?

Enjoyed it a lot more than I expected I would. The story was great and the vehicle combat had some awesome moments

How does the vehicle combat compare to Twisted Metal or Jak X?

It's figuratively Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor: Now With Cars or Far Cry 3: More Cars, Less Guns. Like, it's almost the exact same experience. It's not bad by any means, but unless you're really into the story, it'll get boring rather fast. Also, I literally forgot that I own it until I saw this thread.
