I hope you're not implying Shido's was good, while interesting in concept they never really fully fleshed out the idea to actually challenge the player with the puzzle. Everything was pretty carefully set up to guide the player along a linear path, the last sections felt more tedious than anything and I think they had a similar problem with the airlocks at the end of Okumura's palace which could've been a good puzzle like the one in the Assembly of Nihilo from Nocturne.

I liked the dialogue for the same reason I liked the dialogue in the Demon Path of Soul Nomad. Despite the edgy situation of it all, there is something neat about the entire cast rallying in despair against you. It's the kind of feeling I want evil paths to have in games.
