Which DPS jobs don't have any RNG built into their job mechanics?

I used to main MNK and SMN because their DPS didn't really depend on procs and shit, but now SMNs have to pray for Ruin 4 procs and MNKs just have to hope they get meditation stacks from crits.

Depends on your level, Shire gear is lvl60 and IW is 50. MSQ reward gear will outclass IW pretty fast so don't overdo it though
