I have severe emtophobia to the point that I can't drink with friends or be around my newborn niece. Whenever I feel too full or nauseous I get super anxious. I haven't thrown up since I was like 10.

Any game that depicts graphic scenes of vomiting trigger give me intense anxiety and I usually have to turn it off or look away followed by meditation.

Left4dead and the character Boraicho from Mortal Kombat X trigger me the most.

I have a phobia of crabs. Never liked fighting the Hermitaur family in MonHun. Even if they do make this awesome mini-axe Hammer.
The Giant Enemy Crab from that classic e3 presentation scared me too.

Does Dark Souls 3 trigger you?

I wouldn't say it's a phobia but more of something that makes me really uneasy. It really freaks me out when someone is about to hesitently shoot them self in the head. One of P3's intro cutscenes made me panic a bit.

Heights, as well as incredibly tall buildings for me. Looking straight up at a skyscraper is one thing, but incomprehensibly huge structures in vidya really unnerve me. Especially when they look like they were made by beings that would consider humans as ants.

I have a fear of heights as well but no visual media, interactive or otherwise, had any effect on me. I think my fear is more related to the feeling of being in danger and getting pushed off the edge at any moment which doesn't translate to vidya
