There aren't any in the US. I waited in line at Walmart to buy one at launch and they had 7. 20+ people ended up showing up and staying, fully aware that they only had 7. I bought the only pro controller too

I wanted to get a Switch day one at Gamestop because I was relying on my Gamestop Fun Money ($277). They didn't have them, but the Walmart right by it had eight just sitting there in its display, but I didn't get one because of the fun money. Eventually when the second shipment was said to be happening I rush to Gamestop and there wasn't a lot of people making me third in line. Too bad they never shipped that day, but because the store was suppose to get them they allowed to hold on to them for us, and I got mine two days later.

Same games as everywhere I guess, most russians are PC-only (an that PC is usually a 5-year-old steaming piece of shit) so CS:GO and Dota 2 are extremely popular, survival garbage from Early Access is booming, and overall the russian PC community in any game is as toxic as it can get (memes about russians in CS:GO exist for a reason, you know).
The only "accepted" console here is PS4 because most kids had PS1/PS2 and it's kind of a brand loyalty now, Xbox 360 was pretty popular because easy piracy, but Xbox One is a complete failure here. And if you buy a Nintendo console, you're gonna look like a weirdo, everyone will be asking "why did you buy this, are you seriously going to play Mario, Nintendo's for kids lel"

Why even buy a Switch now, there are two games now - Zelduh and MK8, both of which are also on WiiU. Wouldn't it make more sense to wait til holiday sales for discounts and actual games to come out? The biggest reason is the portability and people not owning a Wii U. MK8D also improves on the Wii U version enough to make it the better version. You can play pretty much all the games for it elsewhere, but with the Switch, you can play them in one place on the go
