Great, some of that shit is good. A lot of it is actual garbage like the neptunia series. However, that isnt the issue. A lot of this weeb shit is digital only, so you have to pay a lot of money for only 16 gigs of memory. I had a 64 gig one and that shit fucked up on me, great, that was a lot of money being flushed down the toilet right there. They arent AS badly priced now, but I got this shit a few years ago. As a piece of hardware it beats out the 3ds by a country mile, but that is all I can give it when this proprietary memory bullshit. I dont have any motivation to download games off of PSN because I have no fucking memory for anything and I dont feel like deleting shit to redownload later because of it. For my 3ds I get 64 gigs for 20% of the price of a 64 gig vita memory card, which could have been used to try out a good 3-5 weeb shit games.

tl;dr whatever the vita has is irrelevant because of abhorrent memory issues and the fact the larger cards fucking burn out in a couple of years much like the gamecube's 3rd party memory cards did
