Those games sell better due to their general popularity/association with well established series. Shit like FIFA and Minecraft could be 15fps and they would still rank in the top. Hell, I'd bet you money that most people who buy that shit don't even know the difference between 30fps and 60fps.

60fps is nice and certainly helps me when deciding to buy a game, but I highly doubt that's the case for a majority of people. Especially those with a PS4 where the frame rate you get is the one you're stuck with, you don't get a choice.
