I play "more games" but I have less time to spend on each one.

When I was a kid you pretty much had birthday, christmas, and if you are lucky maybe you got a bonus on valentines day or easter, but for the most part those were the only times when you got a couple games. Now that I have a job I can do whatever I want.

Not to mention emulation for older consoles has gotten better, and with PS+/XBL/Origin etc. shitting free games at you all the time, its easier to amass a huge collection.

30 married here with full time job. When your spouse is into it too, you really do get to play a lot more and it counts as some of your time together. It's really the same. Just like being a kid, I do some light college work on the side some times as "home work" I can often do AT my job, I still have chores around the house, but now instead of going out to play with friends I go running like 45min a few times a week tops.
