Heavy characters are harder to be pushed around and grappled/dragged by enemies, wind also affects them less.
Taller characters jump higher, have larger hitboxes and reach further for their attacks, but cannot fit into certain places that smaller characters could.
Taller characters can wade deeper into water before becoming soaked
Smaller characters can run between the legs of and run under larger creatures easier.
Leg length also affects walk and jogging speed

Weight affects way more.
Heavier characters have a higher carry weight and higher stamina, they also trigger preasure plates faster and are once again harder to push around and stagger. They also grapple enemies better.
Lighter characters have less stamina but a faster stamina recharge, they also climb faster

You can get really fucked up on optimizing stats, playing the entire game to get optimal attributes so you can be the class you want at lvl 200. don't do that, just play the class you like and don't worry about attributes too much.
