Nope since re:coded happens after KH 2 and it's ending leads right to DDD. Also you forgot the mobile game plot movie which is quite big actually (sets up the time travelling keyblade plot for KH 3). Aquas game also happens around the end of KH 1 and should be played after that. And You forgot re: CoM

So correct chronological (and my favourite) play order is:
BBS -> KH 1 -> Fragmented passage (Aquas game) -> RE: CoM > -358 Days -> KH 2 -> Re: Coded -> DDD

Playing this game for its story is just terrible. They've milked this franchise pretty hard with the re releases and mobile games.

Just play the games OP and have fun. Getting involved in the story while playing will only bring you despair and confusion.

play them in release order, dont let anyone else tell you otherwise. if you play them in chronological order your first time through you will be confused still because the lore of the series and stuff is explained through the release order, not chronological order. the story of the series was meant to be played where its like putting puzzle pieces together.

1 > Re:CoM > 2 > 358/2 > Recoded > BBS > DDD > 0.2.

Yeah, and 2.8 is called that way because the KH games have numbers ascribed to them based on where they take place in the timeline.

So 2.8 is named that way because it features KH:DDD + KH:BBS:Vol2 (0.2), and 2.6 + 0.2 = 2.8.

And why is KH:BBS:Vol2 called 0.2? Because it takes place at the end of KH1.

Also Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep's epologue is called "Blank Points" because it takes place just after BBS (which is 0) and it features a time skip during which time KH1 happens, and at the end of that time skip it is given the number 1 (but the timeskip takes place at the end of KH2)

Now 358/2 is where the numbering system gets complicated, you're going to want your calculator for this one

It doesnt. They fleshed out an A to B story by introducing new events and "time travel" in order to rectify these plot lines. Its basically Metal Gear Solid tier of taking something successful and stretching 1 story into multiple releases. The χ[chi] series is canon but can be watched online since its current form is a mobile gacha. This is the only time I'd ever recommend watching over playing due to its nature as a mobage.

That's because Re:CoM is bad. The card system doesn't work in 3D space the same way it works as 2D isometric. The only thing that Re:CoM adds is voice acting, a difficulty setting, various cards to make the game easier, and an extra form for the final boss. Other than that, CoM on the GBA is clearly the superior game, with tons of effort put into it, and the better written one too.
