I disagree, regardless of most of the intro, some parts of it were very well director for the player to feel certain things.
The way Alduin first appears when you are on the block, first encounter with the spider, the way you go up towards the light and exit into a beautiful vista of Skyrim.

You're mostly right, but all Blades in Dominion territory were killed to be specific. Not just the ones in Summerset. This is actually the biggest point here because the Concordat is what allowed the Blades to be completely destroyed. The Empire abandoned them to save themselves, just like they abandoned Hammerfell.

Also the Markarth incident (where Ulfric murders people who won't fight) is mentioned in the game, it's not exactly fanfic. It is unclear whether it actually happened or if it's just Imperial propaganda though.
