Me personally, never broke anything out of rage. Took good care of my systems/controllers and when I raged, I just really grunt a little bit. Though I used to play with boogery hands with controllers when I was younger. Now though, I make sure to wash my hands really well before playing vidya.

Now typing it out I realize how autistic I am.

I only really get angry when I'm playing fighting games online, but lately I've changed my way of thinking into "if they're beating me then they are better than me, if they are spamming a move, that doesn't change the fact that they're better than me, I need to learn to adapt".
Devil Kazuya in T7 made me pretty fucking mad though. That last phase when he superarmors through everything until he uses his rageart is fucking infuriating, since sometimes he just doesn't ever use it.

I used to play Siege with one guy and he'd go fucking nuclear whenever he died. One time he choked and got killed at the end of a round in Ranked and he disappeared and literally has not been online since.
