Ok, /v/, time to answer the age-long question

Why do Sonyfags and Xbonefags exist on this board?
>PC has raw power, steep initial investment, but games are cheap. Huge modding community and freeform structure for any gaming experience. /v/ posters are dedicated to gaming, so they spend the extra money to live their hobby to the fullest. Gets all the good multiplats and almost every game.
>Nintendo has severe lacking power and restricted access to multiplats. However, it gives access to polished, unique games and the best couch multiplayer. A good alternative or supplement to PC gaming.
>Xbone and PS4 are about $100-200 cheaper than PC gaming. All good games are $40-$60. Pay out the nose for online, while other platforms get it free. Restrictive OS limits the interactivity you can have with friends, and limits customizability of gaming experience.
Are all consolefags just shitposters? I'm genuinely curious.
