The switches feel nice, but they're not very durable and they're proprietary so they can't be replaced. The wrist rest is uncomfortable as fuck, it's just a cheap sheet of plastic and it has a giant hole right where you left palm sits for no reason other than "lol it looks cool"

Just get a corsair if you want something RGB

It's really not abysmal. I used one for a few years. The switches actually feel pretty nice, they're a lot like browns. Was it the best thing you could have purchased? No, but it's not a disaster.
The wrist wrest snaps on and off, so you could possibly look into making your own that's more rigid and comfortable. Wouldn't need to be anything fancy, just a padded slab of something.
