once you reach chapter 5 you unlock the best grindspot in the game in the central room of florem gardens, just have 1 character level up Blackmage & Arcanist and use Groupcast Sleep & Twilight, set it to auto.
watch a movie as your characters max all jobs at lightning speed, or you can just wait until you get conjurer in chapter 6 and use it's obliterate support ability that instantly slays all random encounters like 20 levels below your party (basically everything)

OP make sure you do all the side quests every time. It's tedious the first two goes but then it becomes great. Best bosses in the game are in those quests.

Magnolia is easily the worst of the new characters, and I say that as somebody whose list of 10/10 character features includes: red eyes, hime cuts, white hair, ZR, boob windows and spears.

I remember being hyped as fuck when I saw the teaser because "wow this character was literally made out of what my boner dreams about"

Then she turned out to be some dumbo with a shitty forced romance that was tainted the game for me.

I honestly ended up liking Yew the most.
