The one with the snow boots will make snow missions much less of a slog if you don't want to drop a vehicle down, but other than that not really. Just additional weapons, perks, and cosmetics.

I only have the Terrain Specialist Pack (snow boots) and the Defenders Pack. I just picked the Defenders pack because I liked the heavy armor look, the defensive drone, and the gun that it has is pretty good for groups of enemies.

If you're curious on the others, check what each pack contains and what might suit your playstyle more. But whatever you do, avoid the Pistol Perk Pack, that one is the only one that's universally dogshit.

Most of it is just variations on what you already have, few are very powerful but still not easymode faceroll overpowered.
The biggest difference they make is right as you start when you wouldn't have anything else unlocked.

I never got it and have done plenty of helldives with the vanilla setup, but it's nice when someone comes in with the manual railgun turret, c4, or the flamethrower mech.
