Link was never really supposed to be a person or a personality. He was invented solely to be a the hero of simple RPG-like games for Nintendo. Stories in games were not nearly as important in the past as they are to modern gamers.

If the triforce pieces themselves are in pieces, it doesn't automatically go to Link when the triforce is broken up. The bloodline is only for that direct hand on of the courage piece.

You're putting it the wrong way. Every year, there are countless kids who put on the tunic for their birthday. One of these many kids was bound to get involved in an amazing adventure. It's just statistics.
It's the fact that he got involved in an adventure that makes him the Hero, not that he is a Hero and thus was destined to get involved in an adventure.

Correct. I guess they opened up a time portal off screen and sent the Triforce back to a future that doesn't exist anymore. That's much more reasonable to assume than Link having the Triforce in OoT and his descendant having it in TP means he had it in MM.

If Link has Triforce of Courage in MM, then there would be no Triforce of Courage for WW Link to collect.

Consider the following:
>start of OoT - the entirety of Triforce is in OoT universe
>end of OoT - Zelda sends Link back to the past, where the Triforce wasn't divided in the first place
>if Link at that point has Triforce of Courage, that means that 4/3s of Triforce exist in MM universe and only 2/3s in WW universe
