Terrible, because the three are geniuses fulfilling the same role. This would lead to terrible results.

MAYBE you could have Kojima directing, Taro writing and Myiazaki doing World-Building. Then you have the best out of each man, but still don't think it would be as good as just letting each one do its own thing.
