You get a pathetic amount of QP back, we're talking hundreds, when the 40AP QP daily gives well over a million. You're better off leveling everyone you get up to their first ascension, eventually most servants get at the very least a quartz interlude, but they are often gated behind leveling them to the appropriate tier, or bond level to even access.

Fat Caesar is probably a better idea for support. His skills are a team NP buff and a team ATK buff, which are quite nice. Saber Lily just gains 4 critical stars, which is quite unimpressive.
